In the end our teenagers really want to feel and know the security of being cared for.
These great value passes are a great easy to introduce yoga, pilates, barre attack & boxing fitness to your teens during the upcoming school holidays. Mum (or dad) and the family can experience something fun, new & cool together. All of these classes offer ways to exercise and energise; develop flexibility and creativity; increase concentration and self-confidence; and experience inner stillness.
Mum or Dad and the teens will develop skills to help build resilience and techniques to de-stress.
These mindful movement classes aim to:
- improve postural alignment
- increase flexibility, build strength, tone muscles
- increase concentration & awareness
- learn breathing techniques for stress management
- help build self confidence & resilience
- encourage inner stillness and deep relaxation
These classes are suitable for ages 13+ (call the Wellness Centre Wollongong re options) well over 20 classes a week to choose from including Barre Attack, Yoga, Pilates Matwork & Ballet

(valid Sat 20th Sept. to Sunday 5th Oct.) Pass includes hire of mat and band (barre)
Please purchase appropriate pass under the principals name and also register name of teen(s) as well so the pass can be linked and shared for booking classes. Please email us child’s name after registration. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your 1st class to finalize registration.
