We will practice mindfulness at the Stuart Park Wollongong. Let's meet at 9am at the North Wollongong Surf Club (https://goo.gl/maps/UdLxa3K47FoSRJHSA) and then walk to the park together. I will wear a red jacket and wait for you here. 

You are welcome to bring some fruits and snacks and we can share together. Sharing brings joy and connection

What are the Deepening Mindfulness Workshops?

The Deepening Mindfulness Workshops at the Wellness Centre Wollongong or other venues offer an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice in the community. The workshop will run once a month. The teacher will introduce different topics based on her monthly reflections on mindfulness. 

Entry requirements

The workshop is designed for mindfulness practitioners: participants from the Introducing Mindfulness Course or Mindfulness for Life Course or those with mindfulness experience.

About the Teacher
Wei Wang comes from China. She is a mindfulness practitioner and teacher. She has spent 18 months receiving professional mindfulness teacher training at the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Wei is also a PhD student studying mindfulness and elite athlete mental health at the University of Wollongong. She is looking forward to sharing mindfulness with more people. As Thich Nhat Hanh said, “peace is every step, we shall walk hand in hand’.
