This Pilates specific class has a unique approach to help you get into shape. Postural awareness, control and stability training of this type is safe and effective at all ages and fitness levels. For this class you will need to bring a exercise mat or a bath towel. While we love children, they are not allowed into the classes due to insurance issues (except for the Mums & Bubs classes). 

Pilates Matwork Beginners Course

The Wellness Centre has designed a safe, step-by-step Pilates 4 week program where young and old can discover the long lasting benefits of Pilates. Fantastic for people who are completely new to Pilates or just wanted to re-visit the basics,  No previous experience is needed and it is suitable for all fitness levels. You just need to bring yourself, an exercise mat and have a desire to learn & break through old movement & breathing patterns.

NEW FAT BURNING Pilates 6.00 am classes.

This is great way to start your day and speed up your metabolism to tone and burn that flab. This is a specially designed Pilates programme using resistance bands to help you work on a cardiovascular level as well as activating your core to put your body into fat burning mode for the rest of the day. This is also a great for anyone who is time poor, as the class will be an intense 45minute workout which will be finished by 6.45am. Along with your refreshing workout we will be recommending diet tips to optimize "fat burning". We can follow your progress week by week.

Hatha Yoga:

A slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and simple meditation. This is a good place to learn basic yoga poses, relaxation techniques & become comfortable with yoga in a encouraging and non-competitive atmosphere.Suitable for ages 14 years and up.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa  is also called flow yoga  because it directly focuses on “breath-synchronized movement.” What this means is your yoga instructor will teach you to move from one posture or pose to the next and inhale or exhale while completing the transition as well as the movements themselves. This technique allows the smooth transition through the way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Each movement in the series of Vinyasa is completed on an inhalation or an exhalation. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Preggy Belly Pilates on the Ball

Pre Natal Pilates classes to strengthen your body & mind for your birth experience and also assist in a quicker recovery. These low impact exercises tone and improve flexibility without stressing the joints in the body

6 mth Unlilmited Unlimited  Pilates, Yoga, Stretch & Meditation classes.  $750 (conc $675) $28.85 per week

12 mth Unlilmited Unlimited  Pilates, Yoga, Stretch & Meditation classes.  $1300 (conc $1170) $25 per week

Direct Debit Option

Unlimited Pilates/Yoga/Meditation classes for $70 per fortnight

No sign up fee or contracts. You can cancel any time your circumstances require (allow 48hs for Direct Debit cancellation)

A correct sized fitball is required for ball classes. Balls for adults are available for purchase. Only certified anti-burst ball are to be used in the class.

Our Pre-exercise Questionaire here needs to be filled in and brought along to your 1st class
