Adult Beginners Ballet Wollongong

Ballet is no longer just for ballerinas or kids.  Many ladies, who have never danced before, have discovered that ballet class is not only achievable but is the ultimate fun, power packed workout.  

Ballet technique gives great tone to the body, lifts the backside and trims and tightens everything including the arms.  It gives great strength to the core and safe cardiovascular fitness.  Working with  new ways of movement is fantastic for the neural pathways of the brain and it will increase your concentration levels and memory.   

Our Beginners Adult Ballet classes at the Wellness Centre Wollongong are designed to balance strength, flexibility, ballet technique and fun.  We totally understand that the sole purpose is to feel great and develop fabulously toned, strong and lithe bodies.

Join our class is our beautifully fitted studio.  You are guaranteed to sweat and leave with a smile on your face.  

Ballet shoes or socks are required. It is recommended you wear form-fitting comfortable clothing like tights and a tank top.  Leotards welcome but not required.

This class is for Adult Beginners and all body types.

Classes start:

2 June 2016 Thursdays 12.30 – 1.30pm

Class is lead by Cynthia Lee Richardson.  She has been dancing since the age of 3.  She performed in Europe before securing an Honours Degree (Dance Major) and a Dance Teacher’s Certificate.  She also teaches Yoga, Pilates and Meditation and is a Craniosacral Therapist.
