Rayna Yoga Teacher
Rayna’s love for yoga and pilates started about 15 years ago, after an injury stopped her from competing competitively in Gymnastics, a sport Rayna was passionate about from an early age.
After completing her 200 hour teacher training with John Ogilvie in 2014, Rayna has been teaching since. She then went to complete her 100 hour pre and post natal with Ana Davis from Bliss Baby yoga, YIN yoga 50 hour with Sarah Owen, Level 1 Restorative yoga and yoga for fertility and adjustment/alignment training. She has just recently completed her Pilates Matwork with props training with Studio Pilates.
Rayna’s classes are suitable for all levels, with different options made available in her classes to suit any body type and for those wanting a more restorative or dynamic practice are catered for. You don’t have to be a super flexible person to enjoy all the benefits of yoga, every body type can achieve the feeling of openness and expansiveness, regardless of how deep you can go into a pose. In this day in age we are all so busy with a lot going on in our lives, yoga helps to keep us grounded and the mind calm - this "me" time allows you to re-set and re-focus, to give more to yourself and others.
