Sydney Weekend Wellness & Yoga Retreat

We are very excited to be able to offer you our first yoga retreat in the historical spiritual Centre, Peter Canisius House in Pymble Sydney. Set in an estate with 5 acres of beautiful gardens and walking tracks and surrounded by bushland this peaceful retreat centre is perfect for getting away from it all and giving yourself some time out to release your cares away.
We will be offering a variety of classes each day - yoga, pilates and meditation, inspiring talks and even a lesson in making and using your own body scrub! It's your retreat so join in as much or as little as you like. Spend time with like minded people or take time for yourself in the extensive grounds - there are plenty of walking reserves, parks and fields just on the doorstep and even an outdoor labyrinth! Add all that together with delicious healthy food and you have an amazing weekend away. Detailed Weekend Schedule will be available soon. Arrivals on the Friday from 3pm.
We are happy to be able to offer this at a very special price of just $395 for 2 nights including accommodation, all food, yoga and classes. Retreat Itinerary
Below is a guide to the itinerary for the weekend. It is just a guide because if we can make it better we will change it. :)
Friday Evening
Arrivals from 3pm - meet everyone and settle into your room. Take a walk around the grounds before
dinner at 6.30pm
7.45-9pm Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra relaxation
Saturday
6.45 Pilates/Yoga
8am Breakfast
9.30 - 10.45am Talk/Workshop - Detox/Liver Function (To be confirmed)
11am morning tea (home made bliss balls, nuts, fruit)
11.30 - 1pm Yoga for detoxification
1pm lunch
2-4pm Free time / walking meditation around the grounds
4pm Afternoon tea (yummy healthy cake)
4.30 - 5.30 Talk/Workshop - Do it yourself detox body scrub
6.30 Dinner (delicious food with healthy choices)
7.45 - 8.45pm Yin yoga and meditation
