The Wellness Centre on Keira St provides a friendly space for people of all ages to train together for a healthy body and mind. We offer a variety of classes from BarreFit, Pilates and Yoga to Meditation and Gentle stretching. Our studios are comfortable and bright and our instructors are friendly and well qualified.
