For only $4 a day ( $28 per week) or concession* $3.15 a day ($22 per week) on a weekly direct debit you can attend a class every day for 8 weeks to help improve strength, fitness, flexibility, balance and peace of mind.

Keep active in the spring/summer months indoors in a comfortable studio. The room will be comfortably heated for those really chilly days. For a limited time this offer is available to new members or those Wellness Centre members that have not been active in the last 30 days.
