Samonas Sound Therapy Mindfulness Meditation
Each evening will incorporate a easy to follow mindfulness meditation incorporating Samonas Sound therapy Music.
Find out your Stress Response Type
Utilizing a questionaire you will be able to learn more about individual tendencies towards specific stress reponses. These will be viewed in light of western psychology, nerophysiology, traditional chinese philosophy/medicine, metaphysics and other models.
Natural medicines
There are many natural supplements to support your stress coping mechanisms and may help restore your feelings of wellbeing. These can include Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western & Ayurvedic herbs, nutritional supplements & Homeopathy. These options will be discussed in detail in respect to the different “Stress Response Types”. We will cover Nutrients to help manage stress, herbs for anxiety and stress related exhaustion including natural medicines for depression.
