Reiki is a way of restoring the energy balance of our bodies. Reiki is not a religion, belief or "spiritual healing". The Reiki practitioner is not the "healer" but simply the catalyst in the body's self healing process. The treatment works on the energy field which surrounds the body and is usually done through the clothes.

Carol Pack has been a Reiki Master since 1991. As well as offering Reiki treatments Carol also holds Reiki Teaching Programes and Workshops. Other modalities include Remedial Therapy.
