Our psychologists are able to help with many life issues from helping you deal with stressful situations; assisting in developing strategies to solve problems; making decisions; through to managing worry and improving mental health generally.

Counselling works. Talking with a professional psychologist can help resolve life issues, improve happiness and develop resilience. Our psychologists listen and build a relationship while recognising you are the best person to make your own choices.

Our Registered Psychologists

What can I expect from my first Psychologist visit?

At your first session the psychologist will discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve during the sessions. They will give you information about their experience and outline therapies or strategies that are relevant to you. In some cases you may be asked to complete a form on which issues you wish to address. You do not have to discuss anything that you do not wish to. Our focus in each session is to provide support in a comfortable environment.

The psychologist may suggest strategies and techniques to assist with any immediate challenges you may be facing. You are free to ask questions throughout the session and provide feedback to the psychologist. Your initial session will be just under an hour.
