Joining a Wellness Pilates Matwork classes at 12.15pm on weekdays is a great step towards preventing posture related injuries and reducing stress and muscle imbalance. Pilates & Yoga work by re-balancing & correcting faulty movement patterns so they help change the way you use your body, helping restore natural, normal movement.
