Take the challenge and try our NEW FAT BURNING 6am classes at the NEW Wellness Centre Pilates Yoga & Meditation at 81 Keira Street Wollongong. This is great way to start your day and speed up your metabolism to tone and burn that flab.
This is a specially designed Pilates programme using resistance bands to help you work on a cardiovascular level as well as activating your core to put your body into fat burning mode for the rest of the day.
This is also a great for anyone who is time poor, as the class will be an intense 60 minute workout however you can leave 15 minutes ealy if you need to get to work. Showers are available.
