This is a 4 week block of 45 minute classes starting Wednesday 3rd November & Friday 5th November. All these classes will be held at the Wellness Centre, 31 Moore st. Austinmer

Peak Fat Burning Interval Program

These classes incorporate a warm up, specific interval training to activate  super fast muscle fibers with resulting increases in HGH followed by a cool down. The vast majority of people, including many athletes  only train using their slow muscle fibers, which has the unfortunate effect of actually causing the super fast fibers to decrease or atrophy.

High intensity burst cardio is the form of exercise that will engage these super fast fibers. They're ten times faster than slow fibers, and this is the key to producing growth hormone!

You will be given the option of following dietary recommendations to maximize weight loss. Also we will give you other tips and secrets to increase your Growth Hormone levels
