Pilates on your to 'To-Do’ List?

Has doing Pilates been on your ‘to-do’ list, but never got around to it? Many people know they need to improve their health and fitness. There's no better place to start than at the friendly and encouraging Wellness Pilates Matwork Beginner Course.
The Wellness Centre has designed a safe, step-by-step Pilates class where young and old can discover the long lasting benefits of Pilates. Fantastic for people who are completely new to Pilates or just wanted to re-visit the basics,  No previous experience is needed and it is suitable for all fitness levels. You just need to bring yourself, an exercise mat and have a desire to learn & break through old movement & breathing patterns.
Working out with others in group classes help you stay motivated and focused. The camaraderie (and discipline) of scheduled classes definitely helps to keep people on track. Pilates is renowned for helping develop a healthy, flexible spine, better balance, less pain and stiffness. It is a kinder, gentler conditioning system for those out of shape.

Special Beginners 4 Week Programs are $75 and the 4 classes must be attended within a 5 week period.

Current beginners classes are Tuesdays 9.30am, 12.45 Wednesdays and 5.30pm Thursdays all at the Wellness Centre Studio 81 Keira Street Wollongong. First week begins Monday 24th October.
