Special Post Natal Pilates Matwork classes for postnatal recovery. Return to pre-pregnant body shape, awareness, tone and control. Elizabeth is a mother of 2 with specialist training in Pregnancy & Post Natal Pilates (Cert.IV.) Safe exercises with gradual progressions. Fridays 11.30am. More information here

Pilates is a body conditioning programme designed to teach efficient movement patterns and provide general wellbeing using controlled exercises and deliberate breathing patterns.
These classes will challenge and develop your core stability however the focus will be on quality of movement rather than quantitiy. Pilates Principles teach us how to move and what to focus on.
The focus in these classes will be on understanding and applying Pilates principles not just learning the exercises.
Pilates emhasises the strength & control of the pelvic floor which is a must to help prevent & treat Incontinence, now affecting over 1 million Australians. Up to 1 in 3 women experience these symptoms including urinary leakage when sneezing ,coughing, laughing, playing sport or lifting.
