Deep Relaxation Drop-in Classes
Experience the relaxing and restorative effect of meditation & relaxation classes. These classes will give the time & space to help relieve tension and calm the mind after a busy stressful day. After the class most people feeling rested, calm and rejuvenated. Great for beginners to experience a taste of what meditation can provide.
Deeply relax in this drop-in 1 hr class. Various techniques will be rotated including guided visualisation, yoga nidra (progressive body relaxation) and more. Classes are being taught by experienced yoga & meditation teachers. Registration required online or phone 42263777. Drop-in classes are not running at present. 6 Week Meditation & Mindfulness Course runs on Mondays at 7pm. More information HERE
Cost for these classes are the same as other general classes and attendance can be on a casual basis or or current members can use there introductory passes, class passes or unlimited memberships.
