Holistic Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming and Transformational Coaching are a powerful and dynamic toolset, that assist you to make changes in a relatively short period of time compared to other modalities. Unlike many other forms of therapy, this approach is present and future-focused. Getting clear about what you really want and making positive changes to thinking, feeling and habits supports you in getting better results in your life. EMDR or eye-movement de-sensitisation and reprocessing is being known as the therapy of choice for trauma and phobias. At times our experiences can become locked in our body/mind system and this interferes with normal processing and healing taking place. Your first step is to book your initial consultation. Consultations are 90 minutes, though the first consultation may take a bit longer. During the session, Katherine will outline your personalised program and what you can expect in terms of the number of sessions to achieve your goals, though this can vary with individual factors. A holistic approach to hypnotherapy is about working with your therapist to implement the changes and practice new habits of thinking and behaviour between sessions to maximise your results.
