Wellness Ballet Classes for Adults in Wollongong
Open ballet classes allow you to enjoy the movement of dance while continuing to strengthen and test your core and improve cardiovascular fitness. Adult classes at the Wellness Centre Wollongong are designed to balance freedom of movement and ballet technique. Wellness ballet is a fun way to train the muscles for strength, endurance and efficiency of movement without stressing unrealistic ideals often associated with ballet training. Prior Ballet training is essential. Ballet shoes or socks are required. It is recommended you were form-fitting comfotable clothing.
